Just started yesterday and I have to say I can't eat enough to get my calorie count but who's complaining. I have never been able to say that. It feels great to join a lot of others in the struggle of losing weight. Thank you for beening a part of my journey.

Oh yea I am 46 with a lot of health problems so I decided to do something I could control my weight. My goal is to lose 70 lbs by September 10, 2012
