You can do it! Stay active and stick with it. There is so much information and tools and trackers and teams and exercise videos and motivational stories, etc. that it can be overwhelming at first. You don't have to get it all at once. In fact, that's what will keep it fresh and interesting to come back tomorrow and do a little more. I've been here about 3 years now and there are still new things I'm finding everyday.
