I am looking for support and a place to come to if I have questions. I have lost a lot of weight alone but have put some back on with the stress of school and also the fact it eats up my time. I am almost done I graduate in Aug, but I need to get back into my routine now, because I can feel the strain on my body with the weight I have gained back. I am diagnosed with ADHD and depression, so i can get into slumps easily or I can find some things just very tedious. I enjoy walking my dog and playing frisbee with him as well as playing my kinect for the xbox. I feel as of right now that my classes have me so bogged down I can not get out and be as active as I was last summer. Also because of the constant having to sit at my computer typing papers, I feel that I may be feeding into my depression by not being active. I am looking for some support and motivation from you sparkpeople to help me reach my goals.
