It's my 2nd day here and I'm still trying to find my way around, while, at the same time limiting myself to the amount of time I spend on here and on the internet each day! I could spend hours online but that would make less time for healthier habits!
I was healthy and happy 2 yrs ago..then recently I caught a glimpse of me in the mirror and was horrified. A weigh in on the scale confirmed I had gained 40 pounds. A self evaluation happened and wow, I have been spending more time on the couch watching tv or online...my self esteem in way down...but since I use to be so healthy, I am determined to get back to that!...If only my body would do what my mind has decided! grrrr
Anyway, my goal right now is to just walk 10 minutes a day and spend less time sitting still. If I'm off the computer, I'll be bored so I'll wash the car, walk the dogs, refinish a chair......
That's the plan anyway.
