I'm 58. It's never too late to improve our healthy habits. This great site has a lot of movtivation and support to help you start with small changes that make the transition easier. We all have the choice of couch potato, but is that the life you want when you're 70 and beyond?

i am nearly 60 yrs old and need to lose 25 lbs. I have tried a lot of things but usually revert back to to same bad habits which include emotional eating and a couch potato life style
