Hello, my name is Jennette. I have a weight loss of goal of 75 lbs. I have been down this road before. In 2008, I achieved my weight loss goal(lost 110lbs) and was doing pretty well. Then, I lost my job, and went into a period of depression, during which I gained over half of the weight back. That was a dark time for me, it seemed as if food was my only friend. Now, I have a new attitude and new focus. I realize that I am definitely an emotional eater, and I spend everyday fighting those urges. I hope to achieve my weight loss goal once again and to stay there. With that being said, that is my story. I am open for any and all advice, and tips on how to achieve this for a lifetime. Also, if anyone knows how I can find a workout partner, please let me know that as well. :-)
