Hey! I'm 45 and from MIchigan. I have previously lost over 50 pounds but have gradually gained it back and then some. The weight gain was gradual and much of it stress-eating. I now have 86 pounds to lose that was gained over the course of 4 years. I'm disappointed in myself for letting myself go but I'm confident that I can take it off again. Slow and steady wins the race. I know it will take time but I'm willing to make the commitment to be slim and fit again!
