thanks gals, i like to try and help if i can...as i hope someone would help me..this is why were here is to reach out and help and recieve help....a weight problem is a life long journey for some us and need the help......i am glad i didn't offend any body, i am not out to hurt......just help , like i would want.....have a good one...

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
i would eat my breakfast and then a snack (like fruit or string cheese before i leave for work,,bring a lunch with you to work and also a snack for your lunch hour and break time.....after work you could have a light salad when you get home late ......i use to work those hours... and what i did was have breakfast...then at work first break i would have some fruit or cheese and crackers, then i would bring my supper with me or bring a tv dinner with me..and last break again a snack...then after work i would have a sandwich or salad.....so then i didn't have anything heavy on my stomach...........i do weight watchers and if you follow the program you can eat at anytime as long as you do not go over your points..........drink lots of water, it is good for you...always have some kind of protein with your meal or snack...and eat the high fiber foods..they keep you fuller longer and do not get the cravings like some do.....that shift is a very hard shift to diet on...and keep the right foods and exersize on....you will have a challenge a head of you but you will do it and you will make it if you have your mind all ready and set to go...good luck and welcome to sparks....
Hi I am hopeful and this is my first time on spark people. Its kinda fun. My main problem is my working hours and my bad eating habits. I work 11:30 to 8 p.m. and i eat when i get off work and sometimes i dont get home until 10 p.m. How can i fix that issue. not to mention i eat throughout the day because sometimes i have long boring days. helppppppp!
