Hey, I first started SP a few years ago and was doing great! I lost some weight and felt so good about it, but now here I am 3 years later, 10 lbs heavier! I need lots of motivation! I spent 3 years in nursing school, so it's no doubt the weight crept up, with stress and studying, my body and mind have had a hard time! Excited to be here!!!

Hi Everyone. I've been on SP for a few years now and still love it. I regularly come back to track my food and exercise. I gained some weight over the winter months and have been working hard to get back down to my goal weight.
It looks like a lot of people on this team are runners. I hope there's room for walkers too.

Hello Everyone - I joined this team a couple of weeks ago and just noticed that I'm supposed to introduce myself. After watching the sparks coach video on exercising for at least 10 min a day, I joined this team to get motivated to exercise and make it a daily habit. So far it seems to be a great motivator and I feel like I can accomplish this one little baby step. I hope to eventually increase my time to 30 minutes a day. I'm up to 20 minutes this week. I'm trying to make it a priority, moving it to the top of my list instead of the bottom.

I just wanted to say a quick hello and introduce myself since I have yet to. I joined Sparkpeople at the suggestion of a friend a month ago didn't do much with it until this week when I really kind of go it into my head I needed a change. My name is Brandy and I'm 29 and am hoping that sparks will be that boost that I need to really get it together and lose the weight I want to. So far I'm loving the seeing the points and the message boards and blogs. All of it seems like a great way to stay motivated and find a good support group to help push me along the path to a healthier me!
