I agree. Keeping track of your intake and making sure you stay within your calorie range is very important. Adding activity to your life is the next step. You can do this and it is very fun when you are succeeding.
Remember to set small goals for changing habits and reward yourself. I like the Spark Stages on the start page. I like the idea of changing my life one behavior at a time and making habits for a lifetime.

I didn't have kids...well I did but my youngest is 32 yrs. old, & I lost 45 lbs., and gained 25 of that back. Ugh! So this is the right place to come to start the trek. So welcome!
