Hi my name is Katie. I am a single mom of a 11 year old daughter. in 2010 I started my weight loss journey where I weighed 250 pounds. I am currently 179 pounds. working my way to the finish line. my goals:
1. tame my sweet tooth
2. stop binge/ undereating
3. work out consistently 5 days a week 4. when it comes to food log the good, the bad and the ugly 5. surround myself with positive people who will encourage me to the finish 6. to cut back on processed foods eat healthy.
Hi everyone my name is Jen and I've been on SP for a few years now. I love the support from the various teams and team members. I hope everyone is having a good week. I'm down in South Florida and Tropical Storm Isaac is coming this way in a day or so and is messing up my plans. I had a 5k planned for tomorrow which this postponed until next Saturday.
