Paleo is a great lifestyle. I feel so much better ever since I started and the plan is to really make it a lifestyle change, not just a tool to lose weight. It has definitely taken a lot of research and there are a lot of people here who are great sources of information.
I'd just suggest starting slow. It took me about 2 weeks to really get the hang of Paleo, but I'm feeling great now. I'm still not at 100%, but who is perfect, right?
