Ugh, this month has been such a mess! I ran my 30K on the first, then had an ankle injury, followed by a week of being mildly sick, now almost 2 weeks of being definitely sick, and having to drive to California and back in the middle of it and dealing with an injured horse as well. All things considered, I've actually done OK. Probably hit sort of an 80/20 compromise and only had a couple servings of wheat during the whole month. Really hoping October goes a little more smoothly and I can stick to my workout and eating plans a little better. Hope everyone else has had a better month than me!
