Welcome! I'm new here too. Just joined after reading Dr Wahls book about how diet helps MS. I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. Hope diet changes help you! They sure won't hurt! LOL!

Hello everyone! My name is Rebekah & I'm new to Paleo. I was recently found to have precancerous cells & was told to control things w diet, exercise & good vitamins. I spoke w a dietician who advised me of the things to eat & things to stay away from & most of her recommendations follow the Paleo plan. So, here I am. I havent started Paleo yet, had a protein shake for breakfast, but I feel like I can give it a go for the rest of the day. Hope that this is what I need to keep me healthy. Any pointers are helpful, and I've read Paleo 101 so I hope that helps too
