Hello everyone! My name is Rebekah & I'm new to Paleo. I was recently found to have precancerous cells & was told to control things w diet, exercise & good vitamins. I spoke w a dietician who advised me of the things to eat & things to stay away from & most of her recommendations follow the Paleo plan. So, here I am. I havent started Paleo yet, had a protein shake for breakfast, but I feel like I can give it a go for the rest of the day. Hope that this is what I need to keep me healthy. Any pointers are helpful, and I've read Paleo 101 so I hope that helps too
