Welcome! I'm new too. I started on this path last Saturday, but I'd say I was only about 60% successful with this over the week (3 trips for ice cream and 2 servings of bread) --- BUT I'm down 2 pounds! I will be continuing this way of eating and see what happens next week.

Remember Paleo is not necessarily low carb. Going too low carb can cause issues for many people. Getting a good balance of whole food protein, carbs and fats while focusing on adequate micronutrients is a good way to go.
Also remember there is no one right way to eat Paleo. You need to experiment and find what works for you within a whole food template.

I am just starting the Paleo way of eating. I have already cut out most carbs from bread, rice, etc to help wirh my fibromyalgia symptoms. I need help with planning meals and knowing what I can eat in order to get a balanced diet. I am excited about starting this new phase of my life and can use all the help I can get.
