Hi all! I am excited to start the Paleo Diet! I have friends who are doing it and have had tremendous success in losing weight, not to mention the improvements in the way they feel. My rheumatologist and endocrinologist both suggested I forego gluten to improve my arthritis, diabetes, fibromyalgia and fatigue. I wasn't sure how to start. I've done low carb before with a little success, but it was so hard to follow! Once I started researching the Paleo Diet, I quickly realized that this was my answer! I am starting the Diet tomorrow and cannot wait to see results, as well as starting to feel better!
