Thanks for the replys. I know I will succeed because I want to be healthier. I'm doing it for me this time. Not because someone else wants it for me. I started a large garden yesterday so i can pick my own fresh produce during the summer. I've even started looking into buying a 1/2 side of beef with a friend.
As for the crossfit it does cost alot but if it helps me then at this point the cost is worth it. Tonight is my first class. I am nervous because i'm so out of shape but I have to just do it!. Fingers crossed I can make it through the hour!!!
You'll love it after a few weeks. Just stay the course and realize that you might have to suffer through a bit of the "carb flu" as your body adjusts. It's wonderful not having cravings or having to restrict portions and feel hungry to get to a healthy weight.
Voluntary Discomfort is the secret cornerstone of strength. We build our whole lives around increasing comfort and avoiding discomfort, and yet by doing so we are drinking a can of Weakness Tonic with every morning’s breakfast. ~Mr. Money Mustache 5K PR: 23:40 10K PR: 48:57 HM PR: 1:59:37 30K: 2:57:44

I've been doin paleo for over a year and I love it. I haven't done crossfit tho. But I do have a friend that does it and is begging me to do it also. I just can't see paying 150 a dam month. If it was cheaper IDE totally do it. :)
Happy Mother's Day as well.
Never give up. Live today. Now. Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is NEVER guaranteed. Today is what we are given. Every day is a new start so make it the best.
Hi I'm Renee, I decided to try crossfit even though I'm not in such good shape. They did a nutrition analysis and they weigh you well my metabolic age is 71 which is sad considering I am only 47. So I have shopped and I'm ready to get healthy and hopefully get my age back to where it should be. My DH is already eating this way so that should my journey that much easier. Happy Mothers Day also! Renee
