and ... Primal lifestyle allow dairy, I have not given it up either and have no gut irritation, etc. Keep up the good work... I love this lifestyle, but I just need to be more consistent so that I can see results...

Hi. I'm 57 and have been eating PMP...pretty much paleo! I am eating more meats, fruits and veggies than ever before and have pretty much done away with breads, potatoes, rice and pastas and beans. I can't believe how much better I feel, and the pounds are literally melting off! I have not given up yogurt, however. It's great for adding into my smoothies, and I love eating it with fresh fruit. I drink lactose free milk now and almond milk instead of regular milk. My husband and I are in this together, and the best part besides losing the weight is that, after a long day at work, we come home and cook our neat Paleo recipes together! I highly reccomend this way of eating...no more bloats and gas.
