emoticon and emoticon ... Primal lifestyle allow dairy, I have not given it up either and have no gut irritation, etc. Keep up the good work... I love this lifestyle, but I just need to be more consistent so that I can see results...

Great Job!!! I wish i could get my husband to eat this way... He refuses to walk away from grains and dairy, mainly cheese. Also his idea of eating vegetables is white potato and canned corn UGH..

Hi. I'm 57 and have been eating PMP...pretty much paleo! I am eating more meats, fruits and veggies than ever before and have pretty much done away with breads, potatoes, rice and pastas and beans. I can't believe how much better I feel, and the pounds are literally melting off! I have not given up yogurt, however. It's great for adding into my smoothies, and I love eating it with fresh fruit. I drink lactose free milk now and almond milk instead of regular milk. My husband and I are in this together, and the best part besides losing the weight is that, after a long day at work, we come home and cook our neat Paleo recipes together! I highly reccomend this way of eating...no more bloats and gas.
