Hi my name is Yvette, I just found out about the whole30 a few days ago and my husband and I decided we would go on the diet starting Friday! The reason we are starting on Friday is so we can deal with head aches and sugar withdrawals during the weekend and not suffer too much at work.
I have a few questions, how do you get over the sugar withdrawals and caffeine headaches? And how long do they normally last? Also, my main concern is breakfast does anyone have any good breakfast recipes?
