Today is day 11 of my 30 day challenge (I'm doing Whole30) so far it hasn't been too bad - have had a tough time finding something healthy to snack on for things like social events (probably leaning too hard on nuts...), but that's been the worst of it.
I started because I have eczema that is non-responsive to steroids. I went GF for about a year and it helped, but didn't cure, so I'm hoping this will help. I'm also a two-time cancer survivor (two different cancers, no less), so again - anything to keep my oncologist far away :) The ~5 lbs I've lost since I started is just an added bonus :)

Hello! I'm Joanne, and I'm just learning about paleo.
I'd heard great things from friends before, but never really gave it much thought until I began have severe stomach problems a few months ago. So far the doctors haven't found anything; but the more research I do, I am convinced that paleo eating will change that.
I've read Everyday Paleo by Sarah Fragoso, and am currently reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf. I also have The Paleo Answer by Loren Cordain.
If anyone has a suggestion of any other books, please let me know.
I will be starting a 30 challenge, an am looking forward seeing how I do.
