I looked it up and actually know a little about it. I am gonna read more on it though. The reason I eat kefir and greek yogurt is for the probiotics specifically. That's why I am not sure how my body will like being without them ..... it does amazing when I eat my yogurt daily.
I am going to try taking out eggs, grains, dairy, and legumes this next month. This will be tough because I eat beans a few times a week in soups and dinners and also eggs I eat almost daily.
But I am tired of my belly having many many issues. I was reading on an autoimmune article. All the foods cause problems with me, and also with my GERD and IBS, when I eat less of them, no issues ... so I am gonna try it again and follow the guidelines. Wish me luck!
