Go to "MY TRACKERS" menu at the top, select "My Nutrition". Go to the bottom of that page and select "Change Nutrition Goals". You can add from here as well. Here is what I have as a guideline. My carb level is very low by my choice.
Consume between 1500 & 1700 calories per day Consume between 57 & 129 grams of fat per day. Consume between 45 & 50 grams of carbohydrates per day. Consume between 70 & 86 grams of protein per day. Consume between 40 & 50 g of Fiber, total dietary Consume at least 8 cups of water per day.
I am sure there are more experienced Paleo users than myself that can provide more info.
What I did was adjust my daily goals for carbs/fats/proteins...ignoring the calories pretty much. I think it is an individual need accordingly.
Many recipes for Paleo cooking has the breakdown included. In my research I learned the importance of not to overdo protein. A tracker also helps to keep carbs low while learning which foods have hidden bad carbs.
