Hey there and welcome. I too, have ibs, mainly fructose/fructan triggered and have found this to help with the bathroom issues, but I'm still having glitches with stomach cramps from time to time. I haven't lost weight from this, but I was already eating 'clean' as they say. I'm just happy that now I dont have to count my calories so to speak as the reduction in 'bad carbs' (ie, processed diet foods) are no longer in my diet. Also, I don't crave sugar as much and no longer am hungry every 2 hours which is a HUGE bonus for me.
There is a lot of good info on the boards, so have fun reading and learning!

Hi everyone! I am interested in the Paleo diet. I read about it on the internet and ordered Practical Paleo and am waiting for it to come in the mail. I have IBS and am hoping this will help me out. I am tired of feeling tired all the time. I think all the junk I eat is making me feel this way. I also am hoping to drop weight by eating this way too.
