Hey, congrats and more power to you! I also love butternut squash, and kale in just about any form.
Got rid of the ticker cuz my scale decided to flatter me unduly. I haven't re-gained, just got a better, honest, scale.
Just because you steam it, doesn't mean you can't add herbs and spices. (A gripe at those insipid restaurant "healthy choice" menu selections.)

Hi Team! I have been doing the Paleo diet since October 1st and I am absolutely loving this! I am down sixteen pounds!!!... although you will see on my spark page that I am only down 2 pounds since joining this site, because I just joined recently! lol
Anyway, my favorite thing about this lifestyle is that I do not crave JUNK. I am enjoying plenty of food -- whole, yummy, flavorful foods. Tonight for dinner I made coconut chicken, butternut squash, and baked kale. I now have a huge pan of butternut squash that I can keep using for meals throughout the week.
I don't really have a question tonight. I am just celebrating my new lifestyle and happy to find like-minded people with whom to celebrate!
