SO right now I am just innondating myself with information about Paleo... First of all: how do you pronounce that? "PAY-lee-oh"? "puh-LAY-oh"?
The reason this interests me is because #1 it seems to be what the Crossfit community endorses, but also I am, again, having some digestive problems that I can't seem to resolve. It took me a couple of years to realize I am lactose intolerant and cannot tolerate dairy... which I guess is good if I am interested in Paleo. But now I am having some similar issues and am eliminating foods to see what I cannot tolerate- NOT having much success. I am wondering if it is wheat???
So I do not have a problem giving up dairy, but the wheat may be tough. I was looking into some Paleo bread by Julian bakery? Wondering if anybody has tried it?
