Cheri-The big difference here is, like Egalitaire says it's a significant lifestyle change not a diet. I wish that word would be dropped actually. The focus should be on improving health so while a lot of folks lose a lot of weight I hope you really find you feel better and get healthier than you have ever been!!!!
I have been easing into this way of eating for a couple of months. I didn't have much weight to lose, but I've lost 2 1/2 lbs. (and revised my goal), but I've lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist and that is significant! I hope you'll enjoy this diet too.
