Well Fed is the most amazing Whole 30 cookbook. The author, Melissa Joulwan, has a fantastic website and a recipe index that is beyond compare. Her website is The Clothes Make the Girl.

Do you have any Whole30 recipe resources? I've been trying to be 100% paleo, but my pms cravings keep killing my ability to stay with it. Maybe the Whole30 challenge would help me stay on track!

I'm on Day 11 of my Whole30 adventure. I never dreamed I could make it even two days without my latte. But I have!

Congratulations on completing Whole30! I got through 13 days this month and then made a choice to fall off the bandwagon this past week. I start again tomorrow, 10/15.

GRO - Thanks!

Ballerina - You would be surprised what you can live without. I LOVE cheese and wine. I may have said the same thing as you (and probably have) if someone told me to give them up. It was only 30 days, it goes by in a flash and you really learn about what you are still craving and how much of that your body can tolerate. I have been off the Whole30 for a few days. I've learned a little cheese is okay, too much is bad. I am satisfied with much less "bad" food. I thought I would be dying for a glass of wine but I haven't even corked a bottle. An occasion will come up and I'll have a glass or two but I won't go out of my way to add it to my diet.

Ping - Yay You! Way to take care of you!

I went gluten free about 18m ago then Paleo about a year ago due to food intolerances. I did cheat a bit, especially with cheese and wine but now I'm finding that my body will only tolerate strict Paleo. So, I'm Whole 30 for the foreseeable future.

13 lbs? That is INSANE!! Contrats!!!! emoticon
I have been paleo-ish on and off for almost a year, unfortunately I am not as consistent as I wish I was. I have not tried the Whole 30 yet. I see my husband doing it every once in a while and he looks great, but he does not even put cream in his coffee and I cannot give up my lattes and my feta cheese: I would die! emoticon
I know it is supposedly great for you, I just lack the willpower.
But congrats on your achievement, you did awsome!

Hello! I'm new to this team and am so happy I found it. I just finished the Whole30 and intend to continue eating a Paleo diet. I lost 13 lbs, 6"s and a dress size and gained a lot of energy while following the Whole30. I have learned a lot and am eager to share and learn more!
