Hello all! I'm Cherry, and I'm new to the (mostly) Paleo lifestyle, hate to call it a diet. I've been on it for a little over a week now, to re-build some definition that I've lost in the past couple months of being inactive, and I'm all ready seeing results. In general I just feel better without grains and have cut bread/pasta from my diet years ago, only partaking here and there. Now I make 3 Paleo meals a day, and have some great original recipes to share, that I hope you'll all enjoy!
