You are welcome. For coffee I like Almond milk, or SO Delicious Coconut creamer. It still has a few things I could live without, but is definitely not so bad as a regular "creamer". Some people do plain coconut milk, I don't like it that much.
Thanks for the feedback CINDYTW!! The Diet Dew and I have had a long term love affair. I mean more than 6 a day. My goal for my first month of paleo has been to bring it to less than 3 a day. So far, in my first week of paleo, I think I've had 3. Quite proud of myself! But yes, they have to go.
Still trying to find something else to put in my coffee.
I told my husband how proud of myself for switching to unsweetened teas (TAZO Passion tea has been my savior) and water. I told him this was either going to be a really good thing or I was going to end up with a kidney stone the size of Texas.
Thanks for the welcome! The reason I'm tracking is to make sure I don't go too overboard. Want to ensure I don't go crazy and eat a whole can of nuts or something and wonder why I don't feel good and don't lose weight. Enjoying a lovely breakfast that involves frying my kale in bacon fat...no worries about my fat intake I think. I still believe in calories in less than calories out to lose weight no matter what food plans you're following. Trying to keep around 1500-1800 calories. Gone are my days of 1200 calorie hunger fests!!!
