If you get stressed out eat some catnip and go to sleep

Welcome to the team. I have just passed 2 full weeks & it gets so much easier after the 1st week. You really just have to work out those sugars & worthless carbs.

Be careful when you pass judgement on another. Life teaches us lessons in harsh ways when we are mean to others.
You will find many resources here and on other low-carb groups on Spark and on the web.
For your 3 year-old it is even more important than for the adults that there are only foods in the house that are on your eating plan. He can then have a choice of many of the things that are in the fridge. Many men really enjoy meat, so maybe steak, bacon for your husband along with vegetables? I have a teenager who travels and we use plain full-fat yogurt and lots of raw nuts as well as beef jerky for snacks and lunch. If they can carry an insulated lunch bag with a small ice pack you could add tuna salad (made with olive oil instead of mayo), hard-boiled eggs, even lettuce and other raw veggies. It will be more work, so if you can help them out by doing more of the food prep and by making it look appetizing by mixing colors that will help.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN OTHERS.
Welcome! It will be fine so relax. Being prepared is key. My husband is not on board but is pretty supportive. Lead by example. They will notice the positive changes in you!
Sweat is just your fat crying!
My sister introduced me to it. The whole family will be starting next week. While I am nervous, I am very excited about this!
I am a wife and mother of 2. I plan on using this team page a lot. I am hoping for feedback and ideas on how to feed a 3yo picky eater and a teenager who takes her lunch (the lunch will need to travel) and a husband who will certainly feel deprived. :)
