thank you!
I know I will have to be creative, but I see many vegetarians on the plan and it seems to work for them also :)

I concur with the www.marksdailyapple.com recommendation. I know there are some people on the forums over there that are vegetarian and following a modified plan. I also know many of them struggle to get Primal-style protein as soy and legumes are considered generally unhealthy while animal-based proteins are considered to be the healthiest choices, for many reasons.

It is doable but you may have to be much more creative and committed.

All the best

Do you eat eggs? WHat about nuts and nut butters? Dairy? My take on Paleo is eating unprocessed and closer to nature. Relying on protein shakes clearly is not doing that. In a pinch, sure but not to plan that as a main source. Processed protein products I think are bad too.

I've not seen this question asked before, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been asked. I know you eat non-processed foods on Paleo. Obviously, Boca Burgers are processed. Do you not think you can't eat real meat? Real is so much tastier.

hello!!!
I am new to Paleo..
actually.. still in the "planning" stages..
I plan to start soon though..

I am also a vegetarian..
kinda hard.. but I think I truly need this for my body..

I am wondering if the substitute meats.. like boca or morning farms are ok.. I'm not sure if anyone has already asked this...

can't wait to meet you all :)
