I'm reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf and have the cookbook Paleo Comfort Foods by Julie and Charles Mayfield. Like both a lot and gives good information about eating Paleo and what to stock your pantry and fridge with. You can do it!

THERE IS NO DIET THAT WILL DO WHAT HEALTHY EATING DOES. SKIP THE DIET. JUST EAT HEALTHY.
