I'm reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf and have the cookbook Paleo Comfort Foods by Julie and Charles Mayfield. Like both a lot and gives good information about eating Paleo and what to stock your pantry and fridge with. You can do it!

I've emptied out the fridge, cupboards are clear, and tomorrow, BRIGHT AND EARLY, I am hitting the grocery store! A close friend has had high success following this plan, and I am so intrigued! Definitely looking for some tips and tricks to get me through my first week (especially because Monday is my daughters birthday... cake and pizza, oh no!)
