Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your positive experience... so many people just starting out aren't sure they can make it. So many who've been doing it for a while have forgotten how great it felt at the beginning.
As the title suggests, I have been faithful to my paleo/yeast free diet for over a week now, and I am already seeing slow, incremental, but positve changes! I am finally dropping the prednisone weight and bloating (6lbs in 12 days) without really trying. The heartburn and digestive issues are improved, my skin looks better, and I have a bit more energy. I thought following the diet would be very difficult - but not so! Okay, there are some things I want but avoid anyhow (no pickled things on yeast free) but have managed those cravings quite well (and I am not a girl with 'willpower'). So far...so good!
