My crossfit gym is having a 45 day paleo challenge starting tomorrow. The trainer said I can use my Body By Vi shakes within the challenge.

I'm really hoping to FINALLY drop the weight that won't seem to come off any other way. I'm not much of a carb eater (besides milk & cheese) in the first place so we'll see how it goes!

When I die and go to heaven, I will have a new pair of socks every day.
