I'm on a combined low-carb / Primal lifestyle ... but I don't follow it "strictly", either. I think most people in either half of that are accustomed to modifying for their own unique metabolisms. At least some of us are listening to our bodies rather than the "expert advice" we've been laboring under for so long.
I've also recently started a bit of IF ... mostly in an attempt to break a stall. Like you said, I actually feel better on the days I'm not eating. Go figure! So far, I'm satisfied with it ... although it hasn't started to produce results yet. If things don't change soon, I may have to just lengthen the duration! I'm getting annoyed with it now. lol

Hi people. I am new to the team and just wanted to say hi. I have been eating paleo for a couple of months now...in particular I am a big fan of The Primal Blueprint. I have also started IF...using eat stop eat....I am really enjoying it. I actually feel better on the days I am fasting than days I am not. Looking forward to hearing about other peoples journeys....and learning from each other :)
