I'm another newbie here. I've skimmed through some posts and am listening to Nora's primal body. Low carb has always worked for me but I wanted to try this out and see if I can stay with it because I always end up craving my carbs and I hear this is a bit different and I have several of the health issues that I think this could help me with besides the weight loss that I need. I'm prob gonna have all kinds of questions but hopefully I'll be able to get one or two of the books soon here. Nice to meet everyone
