What type of psych meds? Antidepressants can have an effect on appetite. Are you getting enough protein and fat thoughout the day?
I would suggest eating some protien in the morning even if not especially hungry. This will help regulate your blood sugar and stave off evening binges. I would also suggest adding some magnesium in the evening. Also, glutamine can be helpful but I would check with your MD before adding single amino acids.
The other option is your carbs may be too low. How many carbs are you eating a day and from what source and what is your activity level?
