It's a little more than just cutting out bread...lol! I would suggest getting some books on paleo and primal eating to learn a little more in depth, and try to find an approach that would work best for you. That's what I did and I learned so much and feel that's why I was able to come to the decision that this is the best eating lifestyle for me. I enjoyed Primal Blueprint, by Mark Sisson, and Paleo Solution, by Robb Wolf, I learned a great deal from these books as well as their websites.
