It's a little more than just cutting out bread...lol! I would suggest getting some books on paleo and primal eating to learn a little more in depth, and try to find an approach that would work best for you. That's what I did and I learned so much and feel that's why I was able to come to the decision that this is the best eating lifestyle for me. I enjoyed Primal Blueprint, by Mark Sisson, and Paleo Solution, by Robb Wolf, I learned a great deal from these books as well as their websites.

It takes you back to what our ancesters ate.They gathered berries, nuts, hunted for fish and meat. nothing processed, boxed, sugar, soda, beans, dairy. you can eat coconut and almond milk

It's -the short answer- about eating foods that aren't processed. White flour is processed.

Lean meats, fruits, & vegetables are not processed. Choose the best foods for yourself out of these categories.

Each of is an athlete, some are just in training.

What exactly is this diet about? Don't you just cut out bread and such?
