I too try to just keep things out of the house. I also put away out of sight the things I shouldn't be eating but didn't have the heart to throw away (such as expensive gluten free speciatly flours and pastas).

One tip - do not keep anything tempting at home. I used to buy a dark chocolate bar ,
and after the first square planned - whole bar gone. I just don't buy it, so can't eat :)

I have a friend that did Paleo and lost 44.6 lbs in 8 weeks. We have another 8 week challenge at our gym, so I will be trying Paleo for this one. She ended up winning the Grand Prize as well, which was awesome. So...I start strict on Paleo this Saturday...excited, but a little nervous about being tempted! Any tips would be greatly appreciated! I'm enjoying read everyone's posts about everything!
