I could join a buzzillion groups on this site, but to keep it simple for me, I want to limit it to just Paleo for now.
Please know I am not in the least offended if someone doesn't feel comfortable with me doing this. I am on a huge learning curve!

Thank you, Molliemac! Hey, I have been to Nova Scotia...loved Cape Breton, IS...all of it! My grandparents were from Ontario (around Meaford/Owen Sound).
I am going to transition "gently" into this. I know it's what my body "likes", but still it's a big adjustment. One thing is, I don't care for eggs or fish so it limits me even more. But in time, it will come together. Best of luck to you, too!!

I am new to Spark People and "fairly new" to the Paleo Diet. That translates to: I've dabbled with it in the past, but only half heartedly!
I need to get some momentum going. I'm attempting to lose about 60 lbs. Over several years, I lost 100 lbs. but slowly gained 30 lbs. back...which leaves me now with 60 to lose (I never reached my goal).
Would love to chat with others on occasion, who also can see and embrace the benefit of eating Paleo.
