I stuck with the diet hard-core when I first started, then when the novelty wore off I fell off the wagon almost regularly. I felt awful every time and have slowly fallen off the wagon less. It's all about striking the 80/20 balance, or whatever balance works for you!

I started eating Paleo just over two weeks ago. I love it and have already dropped five pounds. Unfortunately tonight's dinner was not Paleo and I feel like crap! What an incentive to stick to the plan! LOL!
