Welcome to the team!
I stuck with the diet hard-core when I first started, then when the novelty wore off I fell off the wagon almost regularly. I felt awful every time and have slowly fallen off the wagon less. It's all about striking the 80/20 balance, or whatever balance works for you!

Hi Janie and welcome here! The dose of reality you got from eating "regular" food will be a great incentive- we all seem to fall off the wagon at times but it doesn't take long to get back on- go for it!!! Looking forward to your posts and progress...MJ in Nova Scotia
