Hi! I have been working towards being paleo about a month.
I got introduced to it at my gym. I started doing crossfit a few months ago and all the coaches at the gym eat paleo. So I started looking into it and then I read the book.
Surprisingly my husband has agreed to do it with me. :) So we are getting more and more into it each week. Lunches are the most difficult for me. I have always depended on the sandwich. LOL
I am looking forward to chatting with you all and getting some good ideas for recipes!
