Welcome to the team! I like wrapping my sandwich fillings in a lettuce leaf or just dragging in leftovers from the previous night's dinner. Usually my lunch is more like a snack, surrounded by a good breakfast and dinner.

Thanks! I am also kind of a snacker through out the day. That definitely works best for me and then we do something more organized for dinner.

We have been mostly paleo the last two weeks and I have already lost almost four pounds, but that is also combined with some increased work outs! So far I am quite pleased! :)

Welcome!

I tend to eat my sandwich meats wrappe dina lettuce leaf, or just by themsleves. I often eat veyr little at lunch time now, it is really like I eat mostly snacks during the day and then dinner I eat a more normal size meal, but my portions are much smaller than before paleo. All that yummy fat fills me up quickly.

Hi Amy- welcome aboard! Lunches for me are either soups or salads- include canned fish, sliced meats, nuts/seeds. Great way to boost intake of fruits and veggies. All the best here...MJ emoticon

Hi! I have been working towards being paleo about a month.

I got introduced to it at my gym. I started doing crossfit a few months ago and all the coaches at the gym eat paleo. So I started looking into it and then I read the book.

Surprisingly my husband has agreed to do it with me. :) So we are getting more and more into it each week. Lunches are the most difficult for me. I have always depended on the sandwich. LOL

I am looking forward to chatting with you all and getting some good ideas for recipes!
