Thanks! I'm expecting to have at least a two-week challenge with the cravings. Hopefully they will ease up after that. Have you seen the improvements in energy and general well-being that the book indicates?

Gradual change. You will crave bread and pasta as your body switches from one fuel to another. Give yourself some slack.
I'm about to embark upon this way of eating next week. A friend and I are reading the book this week to prepare, shopping over the weekend and getting ready to begin our healthy new diet very soon!
We're giving ourselves a month to test the philosophies behind the diet in hopes that it will noticeably impact our health in a positive way.
Anyone have any success stories, suggestions, tips or recipes to share?
