I'm about to embark upon this way of eating next week. A friend and I are reading the book this week to prepare, shopping over the weekend and getting ready to begin our healthy new diet very soon! We're giving ourselves a month to test the philosophies behind the diet in hopes that it will noticeably impact our health in a positive way.
