Welcome. It's not very busy here. I pop in once in a while to see if anyone's posting - and today I found you.
I haven't heard of CrossFit, but I like Paleo or Zone. Cutting out bread was the best thing I did to save my life ... cutting dairy is something in the back of my mind I know I should pony-up to do, but I really love my yogurt and half-and-half ... like YOU like your bread? lol (oh, and sometimes cheese).
How'd you come across Paleo?

Following the general CrossFit trend to move into either a Paleo or Zone diet plan-I personally like Paleo better, though cutting out the bread and dairy is going to be very hard.
