HI, My name is Stephanie and I just joined about a half hour ago and wow theres a lot on here. I'm going to be 49 in march and want to run my first full marathon in May. I need to lose about 55 lbs all together but any weight off will help running the marathon and not dying. lol I also just joined Title Boxing Club to help shed the pounds so, this should be interesting. lol

Hi! My name is Jackie and I am a 42 year old mother of a 5 year old and stepmother to a 17 year old daughter. I started running back in the summer but was never able to really get going due to extremely sore calves, morton's nueroma, shin splits from hell and then it got dark. I was working full time until 12/31 when I lost my job. Any way with the new year and a little more time on my hands I have started running again. I have started with the C210K program. It's the same as C25K only it goes all the way to 10K at the end of the program. My running goal is to run a 10K by end of this year. In the fall my husband suggested I sign up for a 5K so I signed up to run The Color Run on March 16 here in my hometown of Winston Salem. My stepdaughter t(he track team captain) will run it with me. I am very excited. My short term goal is to run the entire 5K. I'm not worried about my time I just want to run the entire course. Anyways, hi to everyone.
