Hi! Just joined this team today. I'm looking for a few like-minded Spark friends who will help keep me going as I train for my second 1/2 marathon on July 31 (San Francisco! So excited! My first 1/2 was in Richmond, VA in November 2009). I'm finding the training difficult, as for the moment I'm just using the treadmill because my allergies sometimes act up in the spring. After May, it should be fine to run outside.
ANYWAY, I've been fighting with 10 pounds for the past 6 years, and my longterm goal is to get down to 130lb (I've been hovering around 140, which is a healthy weight for my body, for years, but I really want to get cut and tone up my arms and belly.)
I would love to find some support here, and brag about my runs everyday! (I did 3 miles today-Yahoo!!)
