Hey Phoebe...I also struggle with losing and then gaining the weight back. I'm slowly going down to my goals weight but it seems to take forever!

Everything happens for a reason!

Hi everyone,

My name is Phoebe from San Diego. I just turned 30 this year and don't have a ton of weight to loose, but it seems hard to stay on track. Usually I will loose 5 pounds really easy one week, but the next week it comes right back. I need to stay focused. It is my goal to start 2010 at my goal weight and not to be starting another diet. If anyone is in the same boat send me a message so we can help each other out. Nice to meet all of you :)
