My motto is "I will win!." I have 25 pounds to lose and I am waiting on a surgery date to have left knee replacement and then surgery on my right elbow for an Ulna nerve transposition and carpal tunnel..obviously I have good days and bad days..this is just a bump in the road..off course I am limited right now in the kind of activity I can do however, I want to build some strength and perform some exercise to prepare for the upcoming challenges.. Any suggestion will be appreciated..I will win!
