Well that is not terrible numbers. Did they give you any advice on what they thought you might want to change if any thing, and how to start to make the changes?
My numbers were not optimal last time either, but they were not really terrible either. I was told to get more exercise, like walking or running, eat less red meat, less fried foods, eat more nuts and olive oil and other good types of oils and less of the trans fat oils, eat more whole foods and less processed foods.
