Good Morning to you both. I started in May, I have been learning my way around the site. Tracking my food and exercise. I started at 177 and now at 160. There is a lot of information available on this site. I found it helpful and the people supportive. Feel free to add me to your friends list.
SAGEWARRIOR, I started about 3 months ago and it is really working for me. Slowly but surely I am losing inches and lbs. And all the support and friendship and advice really helps. I have never tried to count calories before or join any weight lost groups before either. I couldn't send you a friend request or see your acct. You will need to change your privacy setting probably if you want people to be able to do that. You can send me a friend request if you would like. I started at 170 Lbs and I am 53 yrs old. I am now down to 158.1 Lbs. Tracking what I ate and paying more attention to serving sizes was a real eye opener for me. And learning about healthier food choices and seeing all the different exercise videos and food recipes in here is really great too.
